Lynn Johnson, Interim President
Lynn Johnson currently serves as the Executive Director of Jefferson County Human Services. This agency includes Divisions of Head Start, Workforce, Career and Family Services
(TANF), Children, Youth and Families (Child Welfare), Justice Services, and Community Assistance which includes Medicaid, Food stamps and Adult and Aging services. She is
currently on the Executive Committee for the National Association of Public Child Welfare Administrators. Governor Ritter recently appointed Lynn to the Outcomes Sub-Committee
for the Child Welfare Action Commission. In 1999 she was appointed to Governor Owens' Task Force on Child Welfare. Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey appointed Lynn to serve on the
Judicial Commission for Families in the Courts.
Prior to this position, Mrs. Johnson ran her own firm consulting on issues pertaining to mental health, high risk
youth, developmental disabilities, child welfare and early childhood education. She was the Chief of Staff to Lieutenant Governor Jane E. Norton in 2002 and from 1999 to 2002
was a policy advisor to Governor Bill Owens handling primarily Human Services issues.
Before joining the Owens administration Lynn had “hands on” experience working
with families and children. She served as a senior specialist with the United States Courts as a probation and parole officer.
Lynn has a bachelor's degree in
Rehabilitation from the University of Northern Colorado and a master's degree in social Work from Arizona State University. She is a graduate of the Federal Judicial Center
National Leadership Development Program. She is the mother of three children and is actively involved in school, sports and church activities. |

Tom Ashley, Treasurer
Tom Ashley is a Colorado native; born and raised in Salida. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Finance Minor. He later graduated
from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
Tom began his career with FirstBank in 1999, and is currently serving as Senior Vice President of FirstBank of Tech Center. Prior to this, he spent nine years with FirstBank of
Colorado Springs.
His volunteer experience includes:

Tom has a nephew with Down Syndrome, and as such understands the importance of developmental and family support services. |

Lesa Stelke, Secretary
Lesa Stelke is a parent of a child receiving services through Developmental Pathways. Lesa has been involved with the agency for several years as a member of the Family Support
Council and is currently serving as Co-Chair Person of the council. She is working for a large insurance brokerage in Denver and has worked in the insurance industry for over 20
years. As an almost Colorado native, Lesa attended Aurora Public Schools and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration. |

Patricia Colip, Assistant Secretary
Patricia Colip graduated from the University of Manitoba, transferring to Denver with Great-West Life Assurance Company. At the time of her departure, she served as Manager of
Group Pension Marketing and V.P. of BenefitsCorp.
Since leaving the private sector, Pat has been very active serving in our community with a variety of organizations ranging from the Junior League of Denver, Families First, Aspen
Center for Autism, St. Mary's Academy, Denver Ballet Guild, President of the Colorado Ballet Auxiliary, Colorado Ballet Board of Trustees, Adam's Camp Board of Directors, Friend's
of Painting and Sculpture Board of Directors (Denver Art Museum).
Pat and her husband Terry are the parents of sixteen year old twins, Meghan and Paige. Paige has developmental disabilities and they understand first hand from a family perspective
the support services required to ensure a highest quality of life experiences possible for their daughter and for all these valuable members in our community. |

Chris Becze
Chris was elected to serve the Developmental Pathways Board of Directors in 2011. He hopes to contribute significantly to the Board and Developmental Pathways. Chris became involved in Developmental Pathways partly due to his wife Elizabeth. Chris’s wife is an Early Childhood Special Educator at Adams County 14 School District in Commerce City. Every day she goes out and makes a difference. Chris felt, “It was about time I do the same!”
Currently, Chris is the Director of Strategic Relationships at TaxOps, a regional CPA firm. He began his professional career in 2004 when he joined KPMG, a multi-national accounting firm. His duties consisted of advising clients on various international and domestic transactions, including corporate acquisitions and entity restructuring. After nearly four years with KPMG, Chris joined LandAmerica Financial Group as Vice President and Area Manager to promote and develop the commercial and residential real property exchange market in Colorado. In 2009, Chris joined Kforce, a national professional staffing company, to lead business development efforts for strategic level consultants.
Chris has presented tax classes for the Colorado Bar Association and numerous other organizations. He is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association.
Prior to completing his education, Chris served in the U.S. Navy for four years. Chris graduated from Colorado State University in 2000 with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2003, he received his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Law in Taxation from University of Denver Sturm College of Law. |

Jack Hilbert
Jack Hilbert was elected Douglas County Commissioner in November of 2006 after serving in leadership positions for 35 years in the public and private sector as well as corporate
enterprise, most recently as the Global Capture Manager for Avaya, Inc.
In January 2009 he was appointed by his peers to serve as Chair of the Board of Douglas County Commissioners. Commissioner Hilbert represents Douglas County as President of the
Metro Area County Commissioners, President of the Colorado Counties, Inc. Front Range District and one of two Colorado Commissioners representing Colorado on the National
Association of County Governments (NACo) Board of Directors. NACo represents over representing 3800 counties on a number of national issues.
Additionally he represents the County as an appointee to the following organizations: Colorado Counties, Inc. Health & Human Services, and Transportation &
Telecommunications Steering Committees; Denver Regional Council of Governments; Metro Vision, Douglas County Fair Association; e-470 Public Highway Authority; Parker Economic
Development Council; Rocky Mountain Rail Authority; Southeast Business Partnership; Denver International Airport (DIA) Noise Task Force; Developmental Pathways Board of Directors;
and the South I-25 Urban Corridor-Transportation Management Authority.
He holds certifications in Project Management - Finance for Professionals and Executives; Avaya Certified-Associate-Communication Networking; Hotel Master Supplier and Retail
Industry Management.
Jack studied Behavioral Sciences at the University of Southern Colorado; Theology at Drew University; Business at the University of Phoenix; Project Management Professional at
George Washington University and a Fellowship in Technology from Ball State University. |

Lynn Myers
Lynn Myers is Chief of Staff for the Southeast Business Partnership (SEBP). The Southeast Business Partnership is an organization of government and business leaders committed to the economic vitality and sustainability of the South Metro Denver region. Prior to joining SEBP in 2007, Lynn served as Arapahoe County Commissioner for seven years. She is the past Chair of the Centennial Airport Board and of the E-470 Highway Authority Board.
Lynn is a graduate of Montana State University and came to Colorado after college to work as the ticket office manager at Keystone Ski Area. She is a Real Estate Broker and had a successful 20+ year career in residential real estate before serving as an elected official. Lynn served as President of the Aurora Association of Realtors, Vice-President of Governmental Affairs for the Colorado Association of Realtors for three years and was a Director of the National Association of Realtors for six years.
Lynn serves on the Arapahoe / Douglas Workforce Board and recently completed six years on the Community College of Aurora Foundation Board. She is a big Colorado Rockies baseball fan and love to travel. Lynn makes her home in Aurora, Colorado. |

Robert Olislagers
Robert Olislagers is Executive Director of Centennial Airport. He is a 25-year veteran of the industry having served airports in California and New York before coming to Colorado in
2000. He serves on the board of directors of the American Association of Airport Directors, the International Association of Airport Executives and is 2009 President of the
Northwest Association of Airport Executives.
Robert holds Bachelor and Master's degrees in anthropology from the University at Buffalo, a doctorate in business administration from the University at Santa Barbara and completed
post-graduate studies in national and international security at the USAF Air War College and Harvard University. Robert currently chairs several research projects for the National
Academies of Science, Transportation Research Board, and is a published author, including one book and numerous articles on aviation, aviation history and security. |

Frances Owens
Frances W. Owens served as First Lady of Colorado from 1999-2007. A native of Colorado, she spent much of her childhood in Texas, but returned to Colorado to receive a degree in Art
History from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Transitioning back into the private sector has afforded Frances more time to devote to charitable organizations. Last year Frances chaired Western Fantasy, the signature fundraising
event for Volunteers of America. She served on the steering committee for The Key to the Cure Celebrity Fashion Show benefiting the Denver Health Foundation. Currently, she is
co-chair for the acquisition committee for The Mask Project benefiting The Denver Hospice, chair for the Do at the Zoo annual fundraiser and co-chair for Kempe Center's annual
benefit to increase awareness on the issue of child abuse and neglect. Frances is also serving as Honorary Chair for Developmental Pathways' Client Achievement Awards.
As first lady, Frances volunteered her time to many charitable organizations and projects throughout the State of Colorado, some of which include Anchor Center for the Blind,
Developmental Pathways, Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic, Samaritan's Purse-Operation Christmas Child, The Children's Hospital, the Colorado Historical Society, The Colorado
Autism Society, Women's heart health, Habitat for Humanity, as well as Denver Health's Newborns is Need. The former first lady chaired the Colorado Commemorative Quarter Advisory
Commission for Colorado's quarter which was released in the summer of 2006.
Frances Owens served as Honorary Chair for Early Intervention Awareness Day for eight years. She continues to champion efforts to encourage early intervention for children with
developmental disabilities. She received the Humanitarian Award from the Republican Women Leadership Forum in recognition of her civic involvement, A Night at the Arts Honoring
Colorado Women, Denver Children's Advocacy Center's award, Developmental Disability Resource Center's Friend award, and the Mizel Museum of Judaic Community Cultural Enrichment
award – to name a few. The Pathways Client Achievement Awards' Frances Owens Family Involvement Award, is awarded each year, to a Pathways family, in her honor.
Frances has been actively involved with literacy and children's programs in Colorado through projects such as Reach Out and Read, the Easter Egg Roll, Spread the Word, and
Scholastic Books “Read Across America”. |

Marilyn Sampson
Marilyn Sampson is the proud mother of two sons - Daniel is a senior in college in Texas majoring in Broadcast/Journalism, and Laurence (“L.C.”) is a volunteer with
Volunteers of America feeding the homeless, and he promotes a family member's CD. L.C. is twenty-one and has multiple disabilities. He walks with a walker, is developmentally
delayed and is medically fragile. Marilyn has volunteered with Developmental Pathways Family Support Council since 1996. She has been an active advocate for families of color who
have children with developmental disabilities, assisting them in finding resources and other help. Marilyn has worked for the past thirteen years in the non-profit arena in
adoptions and foster care and for a charter school as a minority recruiter, community liaison and event planner. Some of her hobbies include cooking, traveling and working in the
media department at her church. |

Frank Weddig
Frank Weddig is serving his first term as Arapahoe County Commissioner representing District 5. As Commissioner, Frank oversees the Finance department and the Special Assistant to
the BOCC. He was sworn in January 2005 and his term ends January 2009.
Previously, Frank served in the Colorado Legislature, first as a State Senator from 1994-2000, and later in the House of Representatives from 2000 - 2004. He also served on the
Aurora City Council from 1981-1994. He is a retired commercial construction electrician. Frank and his wife Pat live in Aurora and have three grown daughters and six grandchildren. |
