CCS - Support Program
Medical
5 Nurses and 1 Nurse Assistant
- Ensures 24-hour medical support for CCS clients
- Provides Medication Administration training for CCS staff and the community
- Provides support and coordination of convalescent care for all clients in CCS
Finance/Benefits
- Operates a bank for over 100 CCS clients
- Maintains Medicaid/Medicare & Social Security eligibility
- Maintains HUD eligibility & vouchers
- Submits, tracks and troubleshoots Medicaid billing for services provided to CCS clients
- Processes and tracks billing for all vendor invoices
- Bills for services provided to customers in Seniors’ and Production
Administrative Services
- Provides monitoring and ongoing support to assure compliance with all regulations
- Maintains rosters of all clients served in every CCS program
- Manages a database for all CCS documentation
- Performs annual HUD inspections
Investiations
- Conducts thorough and comprehensive investigations into allegations of M.A.N.E. according to DDD and CDPHE regulations
Transportation
- Provides bus passes, coupons books and cab vouchers for all PASA’s in the CCB
- Maintains vehicle registration and insurance.
- Notifies departments when vehicles require maintenance. Schedules maintenance and service for all 80 DP vehicles.
- Fuelman Services
- Trains staff in Defensive Driving, fork lift, large van, and wheelchair tie down. Completes accident investigations and driver competency evaluations.
