Who is my Case Manager?How do I find out who my Resource Coordinator?If you qualify for developmental disabilities services, you will be assigned a case manager (resource coordinator) from the Quality Assurance Department of Developmental Pathways. To find out who your Resource Coordinator is please call 303-360-6600 and ask the receptionist to assist you. What type of case management services do I receive while on the wait list?While on the wait list your resource coordinator will contact you by phone or by mail to update your service needs. Your resource coordinator is also available to assist you with locating other community resources while you are waiting for services through Developmental Pathways. How do I know when I will get services?Your resource coordinator will contact you when services are available. We are unable to accurately anticipate when services will become available as it is dependent upon
legislative allocation of funds.
