What kind of services can I get?


Adult Residential Services (18+)

Residential services in settings that include group homes, host homes and apartment homes. Support for each individual is designed according to their need.


Adult Supported Living Services (18+)

Personal assistance with daily living, homemaking skills, employment, day services, assistive technology, home modification professional services, transportation and emergency assistance with the goal of helping adults direct their own lives in their home and community.


Day Services (18+)

Provides meaningful work and supervised community activities. These services include community participation, work and training opportunities, education and entertainment opportunities.


Employment Services (18+)

Provides customized support to enable an individual to secure and maintain employment in the community.


Family Support

Provides individualized supports to families who are caring for a family member with developmental disabilities/delays, including connecting them with resources and providing limited financial resources which are beyond typical child rearing and daily living expenses while they are on the wait list for SLS, Residential and/or CES. Priority is given to families who meet the “most in need” criteria.


Early Intervention (Birth to 3)

Provides children and their families with assistance to obtain a free multidisciplinary assessment of how a child is growing and learning and the development of a Family Service Plan. Assistance is provided to connect the family to funding and providers of the needed services.


Children's Extensive Support (Birth to 18)

Provides targeted services and supports in the child’s home and community to enable a child with extensive behavioral or medical needs to remain in a safe, nurturing environment with their family or caretaker.


Autism Services (Birth to 6)

Provides intensive behavioral supports to children with autism.
