Programs Within the Supported Living Department:
Supported Living
Services - The Supported Living Services (SLS) program provides community-based services and support to individuals eighteen years and older who have developmental disabilities. SLS is a support program to meet specific needs, not necessarily all needs. Generally, there must be other means available to meet the full range of needs that a person may have. The SLS program is intended to provide a variety of services and supports which are related to the person’s disability and are necessary in order for the person to remain in their community and avoid out-of-home placement.

Children's Extensive Support - The Children's Extensive Support (CES) program is a Medical Waiver program designed to serve children who have intensive behavioral and/or medical needs. The eligibility criteria includes children 0-17 years old who have been determined to have a developmental disability. The child must reside in the family's home and need direct supervision and intervention consistently for 20 out of 24 hours each day.
